Trinity Partners expands Property Management portfolio, team in Columbia office
Columbia, South Carolina – June 3, 2019 – Since the opening of Trinity Partners’ office in Columbia, South Carolina, in September 2018 the firm has quickly grown its Property Management team to a staff of four employees and a management portfolio of office, retail, flex and industrial assets, nearly totaling 1 million SF with continued growth expected this year.
Trinity’s Columbia office property management team consists of Ashley Owens, a Senior Property Manager with 12 years of industry experience, Austin Hess as Property Manager, Maggie Tucker as Tenant Services Coordinator, and Janos Balazs as Chief Engineer.
“The Trinity Partners property management team has come together in such a short time and all work so well together,” Owens said. “Everyday we are striving to build relationships with tenants and engage as much as we can to provide an exceptional experience and represent our owners and their assets in the best possible light.”
Trinity Partners opened its Columbia office with partners and four senior brokerage professionals: Bruce Harper, SIOR, Macon Lovelace, SIOR, Roger Winn, SIOR, and Nick Stomski, SIOR. The four immediately went to work, opening an office on Downtown’s Main Street and building an elite team of respected industry professionals, including Paul Hartley, SIOR, Dail Longaker, and Rob Lapin.
“It’s been extremely rewarding to see this office flourish and to watch its impact on the Columbia market,” noted Managing Partner, Bruce Harper, SIOR. “The team that we’ve put together truly delivers Trinity’s core principles of passion, entrepreneurial spirit, and best-in-class service.”
Trinity’s brokerage associates support partners and senior brokers. Braden Shockley works closely with partner Roger Winn and Paul Hartley on office assets. Jake Nidiffer and partner Nick Stomski focus on mainly industrial assets, and Robbie Cook, partner Macon Lovelace, and Dail Longaker specialize in investment property sales. Additionally, Alex Waelde recently joined the industry and is starting his career at Trinity Partners in general brokerage.
“We have fallen in love with Columbia, and we truly have felt the love from the community after just a short time,” Heather Thompson, Partner and Director of Property Management, said. “It’s been amazing to see Trinity’s customized approach thrive in this market and that owners are responding positively to our unique process to create a management plan to fit both their needs, and the needs of the tenants. We are looking forward to watching the growth of this service in the Columbia market.”
After nearly nine months in the South Carolina capital, the commercial real estate team includes 19 industry professionals and a leasing and management portfolio of more than 1.7 million SF.
