Durham, North Carolina – September 25, 2019 – Trinity Partners is pleased to announce the sale of 802 & 808 East Pettigrew Street in downtown Durham, North Carolina. The 13,767 SF building on approximately 2.6 acres is the current home of the Boys & Girls Club of Durham and Orange Counties.
