Trinity Partners Now Leasing and Managing Four Buildings in South Charlotte’s Toringdon Office Park

Charlotte, NC – July 11, 2012 – Trinity Partners is pleased to announce its newest leasing and management assignments, Toringdon 1, 2, 6, and 8 in South Charlotte’s Toringdon Office Park, part of Charlotte’s thriving Ballantyne area.

Toringdon 1 and 2 (3420 and 3430 Toringdon Way) are owned by Madison International Realty, and Toringdon 6 and 8 (3530 and 3426 Toringdon Way) were recently purchased by Charlotte’s Trinity Capital Advisors (Trinity Partners’ sister company) in a joint venture partnership with Stockbridge Capital Group and Madison International Realty.

Rhea Greene and Jennifer Kurz will handle the buildings’ leasing duties. The two work closely on several of Trinity Partners’ key listings and are looking forward to expanding the Trinity portfolio within the NC 51 office submarket.

Trinity Partners’ Director of Property Management, Heather Hanes Thompson, is in the process of meeting tenants as she and her team transition into management duties for the four buildings. Senior Property Manager, Keith Bowker and Tenant Coordinator, Caroline Stephens will take over as the on-site property management team, with an office in Toringdon 1.
