Trinity Partners Names Two New Partners: Terry Brennan and Rhea Greene

Ollie Green

Charlotte, NC – October 2, 2012 – Trinity Partners is pleased to announce they have recently appointed two employees to partnership within the firm: Industrial Broker, Terry Brennan, and Senior Leasing Agent, Rhea Greene.

Brennan joined the firm in 1999 shortly after its founding by principals David Allen, Gary Chesson, and Peter Conway. He leads the Industrial Property Services group, and is widely considered one of the state’s most successful industrial brokers, negotiating some of Charlotte’s most notable industrial real estate transactions. Brennan will continue to lead the Industrial Property Services group, and will focus on capitalizing the group’s continued growth within the regional market.

In 2008, Greene joined the firm as a leasing agent. Prior to her work with Trinity, she worked with regional developer Lauth Property Group pursuing and underwriting office and industrial development projects throughout the Southeast. With Trinity Partners, she quickly became one of the city’s top office brokers, and is responsible for the leasing and marketing of 2.8 million square feet of Charlotte’s office space. In her new role as partner, Greene will become the Director of Leasing in the Charlotte office, working with partner Peter Conway on the firm’s office leasing endeavors and new business development.

“We’ve worked hard to foster an entrepreneurial culture and atmosphere at our firm,” Allen said. “Both Terry and Rhea have proven themselves to be top stewards of that spirit, embodying the best-in-class service and approach upon which we’ve built the company. We are honored to welcome them to the partnership.”

Trinity Partners will soon celebrate 15 years in business. Allen, Chesson, and Conway formed the full service commercial real estate company in 1998 after successful careers with some of the country’s largest commercial real estate firms. The three partners steadily grew Trinity Partners into the 65 employee firm it is today, with offices in Charlotte and Raleigh, North Carolina. With these new additions to the partnership, the company is planning for continued growth, including the expansion of its 11 million square foot leasing and management portfolio.
