Trinity Partners Hires Sam Shumate and Willie Morris to Start Land Services Division
Charlotte, NC – March 26, 2013 – Trinity Partners welcomes two new additions to the regional commercial real estate firm’s team: Sam Shumate and Willie Morris. The two will operate from Trinity’s Charlotte office in the firm’s new Land Services Division.
Shumate, who previously served as Vice President of Land Services at Cassidy Turley, is now Trinity Partners’ Director of Land Services, working closely with Morris as they develop the new platform for the firm. Morris worked with Shumate at Cassidy Turley, and joins Trinity as a broker in the new division.
The new Land Services division is part of Trinity Partners’ steady growth within the region. The firm recently marked 15 years in business and continues to expand its platform, offering best-in-class services to clients.

Trinity Partners recently expanded within the Raleigh market with the addition of top Triangle broker Sam DiFranco and his teammates, Mark Alviano, and Sam DiFranco, Jr. The team joined Trinity Partners from Cresa, and focus on tenant representation and investment sales opportunities within the Raleigh – Durham market.
