Trinity Partners Expands in Greenville, South Carolina

December 16, 2013 – Charlotte, NC – Trinity Partners, a commercial real estate firm with offices in Charlotte and Raleigh, North Carolina, is opening its first South Carolina office later this month in Greenville, South Carolina.

Trinity Partners’ Greenville office will asset manage and property manage a 700,000 square foot office portfolio in Greenville’s Patewood and Brookfield Office Parks. Director of Property Management, Heather Thompson and her property management team will open the Greenville office on December 16th with plans to hire additional staff to support the new assignment. Nicole Oakley will manage the portfolio.

Trinity Partners leases and manages over 10 million square feet of office, industrial, and retail space across the Carolinas. The firm plans to continue its strategic growth across the region, and recently hired industry veteran Adam Colvin to serve as Managing Partner to guide the expansion. Plans include hiring a managing partner for the Greenville office and growing the Greenville service platform to offer investment sales, land sales, leasing services, and tenant representation.

Greenville isn’t new to Trinity Partners, as the firm’s sister company, investment firm Trinity Capital Advisors, owned a 746,000 SF industrial facility in Mauldin from 2007 through early 2013 before selling it to the building’s largest tenant.
