Trinity Partners’ Dail Longaker represents owner in sale of Blalock Springs Shopping Center in Boiling Springs, South Carolina

Columbia, South Carolina – July 30^th, 2019 – Dail Longaker, Director of Investment & Advisory Services for Trinity Partners, recently represented Mark Medical Search, LLC, in the $2,350,000 sale of the Blalock Springs Shopping Center to Blalock Springs, LLC. The 9,950 SF retail center was 100% occupied at the time of sale.

“In January of 2017, the Blalock Springs Retail Center was 22 percent occupied when I sold it to Mark Medical Search, LLC, for $1,450,000,” Longaker said. “In approximately 12 months, we were able to stabilize the occupancy and subsequently sold the retail center for $2,350,000.”
