Trinity Partners celebrates 10 years in the Triangle

November 20, 2019 – Raleigh, North Carolina – Trinity Partners, a full-service commercial real estate firm, recently celebrated its Raleigh office’s 10-year anniversary. The firm’s Raleigh office opened in 2009 with Founding Partner, David Townsend, and 13 commercial real estate professionals. Now, ten years later, Trinity Partners’ 52 Raleigh employees continue to embody the firm’s culture of passionate, entrepreneurial, and best-in-class performance.

Townsend leads the Raleigh team along with Sam DiFranco and William Allen. DiFranco joined the company as a partner in early 2013. In 2014, the firm moved to their current home in Perimeter Park, hiring William Allen to lead the office leasing team, making Allen partner in 2015.

Trinity Partners’ Raleigh office was the second office for the Carolinas firm, whose first office opened in Charlotte in 1998. The firm opened an office in Greenville, South Carolina in 2014. The firm’s fourth office opened in Columbia, South Carolina in 2018.
