Trinity Partners Adds Six New Charlotte Office/Warehouse Buildings to Leasing and Management Portfolio

Trinity Partners starts off 2014 with an additional 365,511 SF in its leasing and management portfolio with the addition of six buildings in Northcross Center, Harris Corners, and Harris Ridge.

Northcross Center

Harris Corners
> 10420 & 10430 Harris Oaks Blvd., off of WT Harris Blvd. in Charlotte’s North submarket
> Major tenants include Chrysler Group, Biotage AB, and Systems Maintenance Services

Harris Ridge
> 6125 & 6135 Lakeview Road, in Charlotte’s North submarket
> Major tenants include United Rentals, Emerson Process Management, and First Data Corporation

Trinity Partners’ Bill Wood will lease the buildings and Keith Bowker will handle the property management duties on behalf of the new owner, Stockbridge Capital Group.

“These six buildings represent some of the highest quality, most well-located Class A office/warehouse product in the North Charlotte submarket. Their current 92% occupancy is a testament to that,” said Wood. “We are looking forward to the opportunity to continue working with Stockbridge.”

Stockbridge is a fully independent real estate investment management firm with offices in New York, San Francisco, Chicago, Atlanta. Trinity Partners first began working with Stockbridge on four buildings in Toringdon office park portfolio in 2012.
