Trinity Partners Awarded Leasing and Management Responsibilities for Charlotte Industrial Portfolio

Charlotte, NC – February 15, 2012- Trinity Partners has been awarded the leasing and management responsibilities for a recently purchased nine-building Charlotte industrial portfolio totaling close to 900,000 SF.

Senior Industrial Broker Bill Wood and Senior Property Manager Janice Crum will serve as the properties’ leasing agent and property manager. With over 38 combined years of experience in industrial commercial real estate, the two are well-positioned to build on the portfolio’s momentum and success.
