Trinity Partners is pleased to announce the sale of Perry Pointe Plaza in Apex, North Carolina, to New Legacy Holdings, LLC, a private investor based in the Raleigh-Durham area. Dunn Mileham, David Morris, and Mark Alviano of Trinity Partners handled the sale on behalf of the Charlotte based-seller, Six Forks Square, LLC. Eddie Blair at Blair Commercial Realty, Inc. in Cary, NC represented the buyer.

Located at 800 Perry Road, Perry Pointe Plaza is a 17,547 square foot multi-tenant retail building that sits prominently on the corner of Perry Road and Highway 55, just off the US 1 Interchange at exit 95. The property was 100% occupied at the time of sale by tenants including Dunkin’ Donuts, J&S Pizza and Hwy 55 Burgers Shakes & Fries, among others.

“The property has enjoyed a nice run of stable tenancy which is largely attributable to the highly visible location and strong demographics profile of the area,” said David Morris, Director of Investment Sales at Trinity Partners in Charlotte. “Additionally, the buyer has had long-standing commitment to the Triangle area with multiple investments in several asset classes. The experience and professionalism of the buyer’s team facilitated a smooth, efficient process resulting in a successful transaction for both Six Forks Square and New Legacy Holdings, LLC.”

Trinity Partners’ successful track record with Perry Pointe Plaza was led by Eve Pilkington, Director of Property Management, Nick Post, Property Manager, and Esther Austin, Director of Leasing. The firm has overseen management and leasing at the property for the past eight years.
