New Deals – Charlotte

Shopton Ridge Business Park: Kim Seybert, Inc., leased 8,321 SF of industrial space. Trinity’s Bill Wood represented the landlord, AJF2 Shopton, LLC. Harriett Redd of Superior Service Realty represented the tenant.

Carmel Park II: Sunil Nagpal leased office space. Charlotte Commercial Partners also leased office space. Trinity’s Maddy Howey and Chase Merkel represented the landlord, CapRidge Partners, in both transactions. David Tibbals of Charlotte Commercial Partners represented his firm, Charlotte Commercial Partners. No outside broker was involved in Nagpal’s transaction.

6201 Fairview Road: Pinnacle Solutions Group leased 2,946 SF of office space. Trinity’s Jennifer Kurz represented the landlord, GT Real Estate USA, LLC. Tripp Guin of Tripp Commercial represented the tenant.

One University Place: Corporate Information Technologies leased 5,273 SF of office space. Trinity’s Jennifer Kurz and Maddy Howey represented the landlord, One University Place. Joe Cherry IV of Cherry & Associates represented the tenant.

615 South College: Little Diversified Architectural Consulting leased 59,920 SF of office space. Trinity’s John Ball represented the landlord, Portman Holdings. Keith Bell and John Christenbury of Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant.

Legacy at Brier Creek: Mann, McGibney & Jordan, PLLC, leased 3,189 SF of office space. Trinity’s Katie Coppins, Alex Dunn, and William Allen represented the landlord, 7751 Brier Creek HPI, LLC. Ryan Gaylord of Tri Properties represented the tenant.

4501 Atlantic Avenue: Customer HD, LLC leased 5,590 SF of office space. Trinity’s Katie Coppins and William Allen represented landlord, 4501 Atlantic Avenue, LLC. No outside broker was involved in this transaction.

500 Holly Springs Road: Met Futures, LLC purchased the building totaling 14,734 SF of office space. Trinity’s Sam DiFranco, Sam DiFranco Jr., and Dylan Heafner represented the landlord, SIV-J, LLC. Daniel Herring of NAI Carolantic represented the buyer.

Expansions – Charlotte
