Carillon: IBM leased 7,538 SF. Trinity’s Rhea Greene and Jennifer Kurz represented the landlord, KBSIII. Barney Earles with CBRE represented the tenant.

LakePointe: Toshiba leased 16,181 SF. Trinity’s John Ball and Rhea Greene represented the landlord, Atlanta Property Group. Bryan White with JLL represented the tenant.

Johnston Building: 5iveCanons, LLC, leased space in Suite 1690. Maddy Howey and Chase Merkel represented the landlord, Dilweg. There was not an outside broker involved in this transaction.

4128 Barringer Drive: Buildup, LLC, purchased the property. Trinity’s William Maxwell represented the seller, GEN Properties.
