Amy Mayer to lead Trinity Partners’ Raleigh-Durham Property Management Services division

Raleigh-Durham, North Carolina – May 2, 2019 – Trinity Partners has announced that property management veteran, Amy Mayer has been promoted to lead the firm’s Raleigh-Durham Property Management Services division.

Mayer has over 28 years of commercial real estate management experience and has been leading a collaborative 12-member team of professionals with approximately 3 million square feet of institutional quality real estate since joining Trinity Partners in 2015, where she has served as Senior Portfolio Manager.

In her new position, Mayer will be responsible for overseeing the entire Raleigh-Durham property management team and portfolio, which currently includes nearly 6 million-square-feet of property and 25 professionals. Amy’s central focus will be in serving Trinity Partners’ current clients, day-to-day operational oversight, pursuing new Triangle area business, and recruitment.

Amy earned a BS and MBA from Meredith College in Raleigh, NC. She is a licensed broker in North Carolina and holds the coveted CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) and RPA (Real Property Administrator) Designations. She is an active member of BOMA Raleigh-Durham (Building Owners and Managers’ Association) and TCREW (Triangle Commercial Real Estate Women).
