Our History.

Coming from some of the biggest commercial real estate firms in the country, founding partners David Allen, Gary Chesson, and Peter Conway brought unique strengths and different perspectives to the table. In 1998, the three joined forces, and the vision for Trinity Partners emerged, built on three core principles: to be passionate, entrepreneurial, and best in class.

In 2009, Trinity partnered with David Townsend and 13 other professionals from the Raleigh-Durham market to open the firm’s second office. Shortly after Trinity’s 15th anniversary, a third office opened in Greenville, South Carolina. Fast-forward to today: Trinity now leases and manages more than 20 million square feet of office, industrial, and retail space across the Carolinas, employing more than 175 of the industry’s best and brightest. And we’ve recently partnered with Bruce Harper, Nick Stomski, Macon Lovelace, and Roger Winn to open our fourth location (our second in South Carolina) in Columbia. Trinity will continue to evolve and expand its footprint and service platform, building upon its solid relationships and competitive, entrepreneurial spirit.
