Trinity Partners is pleased to announce William Allen, Director of Leasing, has been named Partner of the firm’s Triangle office.

“Trinity is proud to recognize and promote William Allen to Partner. William represents the future growth of the firm and we look forward to his continued success at Trinity Partners,” noted David Townsend, Partner. Sam DiFranco is also a Partner in the Triangle office.

One of the Triangle’s top office brokers and an industry veteran of 22 years, Allen joined the firm in March 2015 after 18 years with his former company. He’s earned the respect of colleagues and clients across the country, representing respected names such as Starwood Capital Group, Wells Fargo, Prudential, Duke Energy, and BlackRock. Allen’s current leasing portfolio covers 40 office properties totaling nearly four million square feet of office space, including notable assets like Perimeter Park, One Glenwood, Somerset Park, and Regency Forest.

“Trinity Partners is a closely-knit family of creative, energetic and entrepreneurial professionals offering a fresh and unique approach to commercial real estate,” said Allen. “With over 16 million square feet already under leasing and management across the Carolinas, our clients have come to recognize Trinity’s style and culture. I am honored to be a part of this culture, and to have the opportunity to help continue this growth here in the Triangle.”

Trinity Partners’ Raleigh office has experienced tremendous growth since its inception in 2009, growing from 12 to 42 employees and leasing and/or managing over 5.7 million SF of office, industrial, and retail assets. Together with Trinity Partners’ headquarter office in Charlotte and third office in Greenville, South Carolina, the regional full-service commercial real estate firm employs over 125 real estate professionals and leases and/or manages over 15 million square feet of space in North and South Carolina.

“We focused on deliberate, strategic growth, and the best way to do that is to continue to hire the right professionals to enhance the unique culture we’ve built,” said Adam Colvin, Managing Partner at Trinity Partners. “It’s people like William and the rest of our team that allow us to successfully compete within our industry on a national and even international level. We’re tremendously proud of our people and work we do for our clients.”
