Trinity Partners Greenville portfolio is growing. We’re honored to announce we’ve been awarded the property management assignment at 1200 Brookfield Parkway. The 216,000 sf Class A office building is owned by Ahold Holdings and KeyPoint Partners. Senior Property Manager Nicole Oakley and her Greenville team will head up the project. Key tenants include Allstate and Bon Secours.
