Raleigh, North Carolina – May 9, 2018 – The three-building office campus that makes up 3001 Weston Parkway in Cary, North Carolina, has officially been sold to Red Storm Entertainment, Inc. for $5.6 million. Sam DiFranco Jr., and Dylan Heafner of Trinity Partners handled the sale on behalf of the seller, Summit International Education. Michael Morgan of JLL represented the buyer.

“The building is in an exceptional location and had a unique layout that narrowed our focus when identifying potential prospects who preferred working in a multi-building campus setting,” Heafner said. “We are excited to have had the opportunity to handle the disposition of this asset on behalf of Summit and thank all parties involved and our team at Trinity for making this another successful transaction.”

The campus is situated on 5.32 acres and is approximately 53,538 SF. Red Storm Entertainment was first attracted to the property for its location with proximity to its existing office. From initial marketing to official closing, the project was sold in six months.
