Trinity Partners Now Leasing Edison Square

Charlotte, NC – February 1, 2012 – Trinity Partners is pleased to announce their assignment as the new office leasing agent for Edison Square, a 40,000 sf mixed use development in northeast Charlotte.

The Class-A property, featuring medical, office, and retail space, is located in the middle of North Charlotte’s most popular and prominent neighborhoods, including Highland Creek, Skybrook, and Winding Walk. Trinity Partners’ John Ball and William Maxwell will handle leasing duties. Maxwell has recently transitioned to leasing from Trinity’s Property Management team after serving as the former Property Manager for Edison Square.

“Edison Square is perfectly positioned to take advantage of the surrounding consumer demographics,” commented Maxwell. “We’ve already seen how much success the office and retail tenants have experienced just drawing from the surrounding residential base.”

The development is owned by an affiliate of Charlotte’s Trinity Capital Advisors. Asset Manager, Greg Schild, chose Trinity Partners because of the company’s depth of service, level of creativity and energy they’ll bring to the project.

“John Ball has had a tremendous amount of recent leasing success in this submarket, and he’s a rising star who can bring great enthusiasm and commitment to the project,” commented Schild. “And with William’s knowledge and experience with the asset as the former property manager, we’re confident we have the right team in place.”

Edison Square currently has 5,300 sf of office space available for lease. Notable tenants include CHS – Edison Square Family Medicine, Papa John’s, Pippa’s Café, Zammitti Orthodontics, and The Goddard School. There are plans for an additional 50,000 sf of retail space. Thurman Brooks and Bryan Wyker with The Providence Group currently handle retail leasing responsibilities for Edison Square. The Property Manager is Nicole Oakley with Trinity Partners Management.
