Trinity Partners grows Charlotte Industrial Team, hires Brick Bryant

Charlotte-based commercial real estate firm, Trinity Partners, continues to grow. The firm has hired Brick Bryant to join the Industrial Property Services team as broker.

“We’re excited about Brick joining our Industrial Property Services Group,” said Terry Brennan, Partner and Director of Industrial Property Services. “Brick’s industrial sales background and entrepreneurial spirit are a good fit for Trinity, and will certainly help him create success as the key broker at our newest listing, South End Business Park.”

Most recently, Bryant owned Lighting Energy Solutions, specializing in turn-key lighting efficiency projects in large-scale industrial and commercial spaces. After six years of working with owners and tenants in the industrial property field, Bryant made the decision to shift gears and become a broker.

“I’ve always wanted to be a part of the commercial real estate industry. After a thorough search within the market, Trinity felt like the best professional fit for several reasons,” noted Bryant. “Their culture, regional roots and national presence, and track record with institutional ownership offered the perfect opportunity to make a change.”

Bryant starts in the Charlotte office on June 22nd.
