Charlotte, North Carolina – May 17, 2018 – Trinity Partners has named long-time employees, Tracy Haynie and Dunn Mileham, Division Partners within their service lines.

“This is a testament to their hard work and growth, as well as their constant efforts to promote all things Trinity Partners when given the opportunity,” Adam Colvin, Trinity Partners’ Managing Partner said. “They’re exactly the kind of cultural and business leaders we want to promote and nurture.”

Haynie joined Trinity Partners in 2004 as Project Manager and has served as Director of Project Management for the past six years. In her role, Haynie oversees a team of project managers while working directly with third-party clients on construction projects, including office building shell construction, tenant upfits, build-to-suits, and historical rehab and adaptive re-use projects. Prior to working with Trinity, Haynie worked with the City of Charlotte’s Engineering and Property Management Department as a civil engineer.

“I’m truly honored to be named Division Partner of our Project Management team,” Haynie said. “I feel very fortunate to have spent the last 14 years of my career working for a company that has a top-notch culture and promotes employee growth. I get to work with some of the most talented and driven people in our industry, and my teammates are second to none. We’ve encountered many challenging and rewarding project management opportunities over the years, and I’m looking forward to even more growth in the years to come.”

Mileham joined the firm’s Investment Sales team in 2009, becoming Director in 2016. He represents institutional and private investors in the acquisition and disposition of investment properties throughout the Carolinas and Southeastern United States. Prior to Trinity, Mileham was a Vice President in the Nashville, Tennessee, office of Morgan Joseph & Co. Inc. (now Morgan Joesph TriArtisan), a New York-based investment bank that provides merger and acquisition advisory to middle-market companies.

“I’m humbled to have been named Division Partner for Trinity’s investment sales platform,” Mileham said. “In my first year at Trinity, I worked alongside David Allen on one transaction. We’ve steadily grown our production, and 2017 was our best year since David’s passing. It’s been a fulfilling nine years for me at Trinity, and as we celebrate our 20th anniversary in 2018, I’m optimistic about the future. We’re looking forward to building on our success and continuing to provide the high quality of service that our firm’s clients have come to expect.”

Trinity Partners’ Charlotte office has experienced tremendous growth since its inception in 1998. With additional Trinity Partners’ offices in Raleigh and Greenville (South Carolina), the regional full-service commercial real estate firm employs more than 150 real estate professionals and leases and/or manages more than 20 million square feet of commercial real estate in North and South Carolina.
