Three New Leases for The Linville Building at Perimeter Woods; North Charlotte Office Building Now 92% Occupied

Charlotte, NC – December 9, 2011 –Charlotte’s Linville Building at Perimeter Woods continues its positive leasing momentum and is now over 92% leased with the addition of three new tenants.

Thinkgate, LLC recently leased 5,012 SF on the first floor, represented by Chad Hagerman of Grubb & Ellis. Brent Royall of Colliers International represented Barrister’s Title Services of the Carolinas, who leased 1,495 SF on the fourth floor, and Tolt Service Group leased 4,865 SF on the first floor, represented by Louis Stephens with Jones Lang LaSalle.

“In spring of this year we were 70% occupied, however a really active summer coupled with this recent additional leasing brings us to 92% occupancy,” commented Trinity Partners’ John Ball, who represents the building. “It’s clear that the building’s prime location and Class-A features are the reason tenants want to be here.”

Perimeter Woods is a 760,000 square foot master planned mixed-use development located near the intersections of I-77, I-485, andHarris Boulevard. The Linville Building is a 125,000 square foot, five-story, Class A office building. Surrounding The Linville Building is 310,000 square feet of retail amenities within the park, and an additional 1.2 million square feet of retail within walking distance at NorthLake Mall.
