Trinity Partners is pleased to announce Ann-Fleming Powell’s latest transaction. Powell represented Sitehands, an innovative and growing firm that delivers IT field services, in their recent search for a new global headquarter location. The company will occupy 13,524 SF in downtown Charlotte’s 615 South College building.

“When searching for the right space for Sitehands, our goal was to strike a balance between space-efficiency and a cutting-edge creative environment,” said Powell, Director, Tenant Representation at Trinity Partners. “615 South College offered a fresh and modern environment and the space efficiency Sitehands needed for scalability. The building’s location and access was also important to keep them close to their clients.”

Sitehands delivers IT field services through a unique two-sided platform which provides orchestration and simplification with end-to-end accountability and continuous optimization. The Sitehands service catalog spans a range of on-demand and planned IT field services including break-fix, site surveys for compliance and asset management, network technology refresh projects, and new site installations and decommissions across a broad geographic footprint in North America and a growing footprint throughout Europe and Asia.

Sitehands’ relocation to downtown Charlotte indicates Charlotte’s strong appeal to growing financial / technology firms.

“As a major US Financial center, Charlotte attracts the type of leadership and IT talent that we at Sitehands need to continue to build our company. We pride ourselves in having a deep understanding of what is required by our large multi-location enterprise customers to be successful,” explains Ronnie Caropreso Blackham, COO of Sitehands.

“Charlotte’s IT/fintech sector is booming. More and more companies are choosing to move here not just because of quality of life and the business climate but also for the diverse and increasingly younger workforce,” noted Bob Morgan, Charlotte Chamber president and CEO.

“Sitehands’ corporate headquarters relocation to 615 College is another great win for Charlotte. In this center city location, they will find unmatched access to the talent of our region and the preferred location to become immediately connected to the business leadership of Charlotte. The addition of 240 jobs in the IT Field Services and FinTech sectors is part of the growing diversification of industries here, and reflects the market’s continued confidence in the economic strength of Charlotte’s Center City.” added Michael Smith, President and CEO, Charlotte Center City Partners
