Our Latest Leasing Assignment: Carmel Park I and II

Trinity Partners is pleased to announce its newest leasing assignment, South Charlotte’s Carmel Park. The two-building office park was recently purchased by CapRidge Partners, representing the Austin, Texas firm’s first investment in Charlotte.

CapRidge is planning extensive renovations for the buildings, including lobby and bathroom renovations and outdoor common area updates.

The buildings are in a great location and offer us the opportunity to add the CapRidge touch by completely renovating the exterior courtyard, the main lobbies, corridors, restrooms, and elevator cabs. CapRidge has hired Jerry Clark to serve as Carmel Park’s Property Manager. Trinity’s John Ball, Maddy Kelly, and Rhea Greene will make up the Park’s leasing team.
