Now Managing: The Foundry in Charlotte's Third Ward

We’re really excited about our latest property management assignment, Charlotte’s The Foundry in downtown’s booming Third Ward. Why are we so excited? The Foundry is home to some of the city’s most creative, innovative businesses, all housed in The Foundry’s renovated office and workshop spaces in an historic 1920’s building (formerly the Queen City Foundry) in Charlotte’s Third Ward.

The Foundry’s eclectic tenant roster includes one of Charlotte’s hottest new spots for craft beer and delicious food, Draught, Straight Stitch & Co and their hand-stitched, customized jeans and denim, and Wagner Murray Architects, one of the city’s most well-known architecture and design firms.

Trinity’s Beth Beasley and Whitney Newman have been assigned as Property Manager and Tenant Coordinator.
