Charlotte, North Carolina – March 15, 2021 – Trinity Partners has named long-time employees, Molly Carroll and Jennifer Kurz, Partners of the Charlotte office.

“This is a testament to their hard work and dedication, as well as their consistent efforts to uplift Trinity Partners, both internally and externally,” Adam Colvin, Trinity Partners’ Managing Partner said. “They’re exactly the kind of business leaders who continuously cultivate and enhance Trinity Partners’ unique culture and values.

Carroll and Kurz both joined Trinity Partners in 2011 and recently celebrated their 10-year anniversaries with the firm. Carroll first served as Marketing Director where she was responsible for establishing Trinity Partners’ Marketing department, setting the tone and standards for what has become a four-person, agency-like team. Along with overseeing her team and working with external clients, Carroll’s influential role dips into every department and service line within Trinity Partners. Prior to joining Trinity Partners, she worked as a Marketing Project Manager for LEAP Design and also freelanced as a marketing consultant.

“I’m humbled and grateful to serve as Partner in the Charlotte office,” Carroll said. “To have a seat at the table as a marketing director might be unusual for a typical commercial real estate agency, but that’s exactly what I love about Trinity Partners. I’m so thankful for the opportunity to work alongside and learn from some of the most talented and driven people in our industry every day.”

Kurz, a Georgia native, serves on the firm’s Office Leasing team and was originally hired as a Senior Leasing Agent. She currently represents more than three million square feet of office space on behalf of institutional ownership in the Charlotte market. Prior to Trinity Partners, Kurz was working in Washington, D.C., one of the country’s most competitive commercial real estate markets, as a Vice President for Woodmark.

“I’m truly honored to be named Partner,” Kurz said. “I’ve worked in this industry for more than 15 years and spending the last 10 with Trinity Partners has felt like a gift. I’m looking forward to building on our success and continuing to provide the elite level of service that our firm’s clients have come to expect.”

Trinity Partners’ Charlotte office has experienced tremendous growth since its inception in 1998. With additional Trinity Partners’ offices in Raleigh, Columbia and Greenville, South Carolina, the regional full-service commercial real estate firm employs more than 175 real estate professionals and leases and/or manages more than 22 million square feet of commercial real estate in North and South Carolina.
