Mark Alviano, Amy Mayer, and Ryan Peterman Named Partners in Trinity Partners-Raleigh Office

Raleigh, North Carolina – May 19, 2022 – Mark Alviano, Amy Mayer, and Ryan Peterman have been named Partners in the Raleigh Trinity Partners office.

Mark Alviano joined the firm in 2013 and directs investment client services and business development across the Research Triangle region. He is among the nation’s top real estate investment advisors, achieving the rare combination of a prestigious membership in the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR), designation as Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and Certified Public Accountant (CPA). Mark represents investment companies, private equity funds and high-net worth clients who own office, industrial, retail, and other income properties. Mark’s career in real estate and finance spans over 27 years, beginning with the international public accounting firm Deloitte in 1995.

He is actively involved in the region’s business community and serves on Cary’s Economic Development Committee. Mark is a past chair and participant of the Greater Raleigh Chamber of Commerce Emerging Leaders Program, and a past board member of the City Club Raleigh and MacGregor Downs Country Club.

Development of young people is the central focus Mark’s community service. He supports Junior Achievement by educating elementary school students about workforce readiness, entrepreneurship, and financial literacy. He is an advocate of The First Tee which impacts the lives of young people by providing educational programs that build character, instill life-enhancing values, and promote healthy choices through the game of golf. Mark is also a leader in the support of Children’s Flight of Hope, which offers hope and healing to families by providing air transportation to children in need of specialized medical care.

Amy Mayer has over 30 years of experience managing commercial real estate, and originally joined Trinity Partners in 2015 as Senior Portfolio Manager. Amy effectively leads a collaborative team of 29 professionals, managing over seven million square feet of institutional quality real estate. Under her supervision, the Raleigh management portfolio consistently exceeds financial goals, occupancy, and capital management while maintaining strong tenant satisfaction scores.

Mayer began her career in commercial real estate with a boutique brokerage house managing a diverse portfolio of office, industrial, retail, and historical properties for private and institutional investors. She transitioned into focusing on distressed properties during the early 1990s, managing operational budgets while maintaining and improving assets for re-occupancy and disposition. Amy served as the asset manager for a major REIT, managing over six million square feet of industrial, office, and retail property in the Triangle and Norfolk, VA, with annual revenue of $62 million.

Amy holds the CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) and RPA (Real Property Administrator) designations and is an active member of the Building Owners and Managers’ Association (BOMA Raleigh-Durham) and Triangle Commercial Real Estate Women (TCREW).

Ryan Peterman joined Trinity Partners in 2017 as Senior Project Manager with the goal of leading and expanding the Raleigh-based Project Management team. Ryan has leveraged his 11 years of experience to cultivate and grow Raleigh’s project management service line to become one of the firm’s most successful platforms. Ryan and his team seamlessly manage projects from start to tenant move-in and project completion, managing the design and construction process for both owners and tenants across all asset classes.

Peterman’s prior professional experience includes general contracting, where he spent time managing projects ranging from interior upfits to ground-up multifamily properties. The Pennsylvania native transitioned to Vornado Realty Trust managing the design and construction of turnkey upfits and building repositioning.

Ryan is actively involved and passionate about his commitment to the Rebuilding Together and Children’s Flight of Hope organizations. He is a driving force in bringing new opportunities for community involvement to the firm.
