First Restoration DKI Signs Lease at 4134 Statesville Road
First Restoration DKI, represented by Josh Beaver of The Nichols Company, leased 18,825 SF of space at 4134 Statesville Road in Charlotte. Trinity Partners’ Terry Brennan represented the building’s owner, Kinsale Properties, LLC. First Restoration DKI is a national firm specializing in disaster relief fire and flood damage repairs. This new location, located at the I-85 and I-77 junction, allows First Restoration additional visibility, a one-acre fenced storage yard, and room for future growth.

Viva Raw Purchases 3179 Rose Lake Drive
Trinity Partners’ William Maxwell represented Viva Raw, the popular Charlotte based juice and vegan food company, in their purchase of 3179 Rose Lake Drive. The 10,000 SF building will serve as the company’s food production and distribution facility. Tracy Efird of The Nichols Company represented the seller.

Technicon Acoustics Purchases Building in Concord
Maxwell also represented Technicon Acoustics, who recently purchased an 8,900 SF industrial building at 4400 Republic Court in Concord, NC. The landlord was represented by Mark Hermans of the Harris Morrison Company. The company develops and manufactures products to reduce noise transmission in manufactured products in the industrial, transportation, marine, and medical equipment industries.

New Tenants at Arrowridge Business Park
Arrowridge Business Park welcomes three new tenants. Data Forms recently leased 7,358 SF, represented by Kris Westmoreland of Cassidy Turley. Locally owned and operated since 1969, Data Forms supplies business forms and documents, printing and packaging products to area businesses. Pro Print, a commercial printing company, leased 7,290 SF in the business park as well. Strathmore Floors recently leased 7,290 SF to support their newly established presence in Charlotte. BTX Air Express also renewed their lease at the park. Trinity Partners’ William Maxwell represented the landlord in all four transactions.

Third Dimension Purchases 4128 Barringer Drive
Third Dimension Inc., represented by Trinity Partners’ William Maxwell, recently acquired a 16,000 sf facility at 4128 Barringer Dr. The landlord was represented by Peter Bergen of Kirco Properties. Based in Ohio, Third Dimension Inc. produces innovative shipping and promotional packaging solutions for their customers and will also provide supply chain services to regional clients from their new Charlotte location.

Sherwin Williams Renews at Croft Station
Sherwin Williams recently renewed at Croft Station (10,980 SF). Maxwell represented the landlord. Croft Station, a 40,250 SF industrial building located at 9115 Old Statesville Road, is currently 100% occupied.

Etimex USA Signs Lease at SliverLake
Etimex USA, a technical components manufacturer for the automotive and appliance industry, leased 35,425 SF in SilverLake Distribution Center for storage and light manufacturing. Terry Brennan represented the tenant, whose main US manufacturing plant is located in the Westlake Corporate Campus. Cassidy Turley’s Eric Ridlehoover represented SilverLake’s Landlord, M David Properties.
