Hedrick Gardner Kincheloe & Garofalo, LLP leases 32,047 RSF at SouthPark’s Rotunda

Charlotte, North Carolina – Thursday, February 10^th, 2022 – Hedrick Gardner Kincheloe & Garofalo (Hedrick Gardner), a ­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­Carolina-based law firm, has found its new Charlotte location at Rotunda. Hedrick Gardner has leased 32,047 RSF on the 3^rd floor in the SouthPark office building. Trinity Partners’ Rhea Greene, Maddy Howey and Tim Arnold represented landlord, an affiliate of Equus Capital Partners, in the transaction. JLL represented Hedrick Gardner.
