Growing in Greenville: Trinity now managing over 1.1 million SF of space
After opening up our Greenville office in December 2013, Trinity Partners has quickly grown our Greenville property management portfolio to include 12 buildings and 1.1 million square feet of space! Our current Greenville Property Management portfolio includes Garrison Investment Group’s eight-building portfolio (Brookfield Plaza, The MetLife Building, and Office Park Patewood’s six buildings), Sun Life Financial’s three building portfolio (1001 Keys Drive, 1 Marcus Drive, and 770 Pelham Road), and Ahold Investment’s 1200 Brookfield building.
Trinity’s Greenville Property Management Team is lead by Nicole Oakley, who moved to Greenville from Charlotte to open the office. Oakley and her team recently completed a new signage and branding project at Office Park Patewood.
