Eve Pilkington named 2013-2014 President of BOMA/Raleigh-Durham

Raleigh, NC – August 6th, 2013 – Trinity Partners is pleased to announce the recent appointment of Eve Pilkington to the 2013-2014 Presidency of BOMA/Raleigh-Durham (Building Owners and Managers Association).

Pilkington, Trinity Partners Raleigh’s Director of Property Management, is very active with the organization, having worked with BOMA for the past 5 years. The non-profit organization represents owners and managers of all commercial property types, including nearly 10 billion square feet of office space with a focused mission of advancing the interests of the entire commercial real estate industry through advocacy, education, research, standards and information.

Avison Young’s Walter Holt served as BOMA’s previous president, and as a colleague of Pilkington for over 20 years, is looking forward to her tenure as the organization’s leader.

Pilkington is well-respected within the commercial real estate industry, known for her professionalism and industry advocacy. Having earned both her RPA (Real Property Administrator) designation as well as a North Carolina Real Estate license, she is an active member and current President of TCREW (Triangle Commercial Real Estate Women) and earned the 2011 BOMA Pacesetter Award for Property Manager of the Year. She was also named a Business Leader Top 50 Entrepreneur in 2012. At Trinity Partners, she directs the property management staff and manages a portfolio of over 1.2 million square feet.

During her term as president, Pilkington will focus on formalizing policies and procedures for the local federation while growing membership among young management professionals. “It’s important to maintain and grow the strong programs and events BOMA members have been enjoying for years,” Pilkington said.
