Esther Austin and Beverly Keith have taken 400 Meadowmont Village Circle in Chapel Hill’s Meadowmont Village to 100% occupancy. The premier mixed-use destination is owned by DDR (a retail REIT), their only mixed-use property in their extensive portfolio.

Austin and Keith took over the leasing assignment 18 months ago when the office building was only 60% occupied. Trinity Partners Construction Services completed lobby, corridor, and elevator cab renovations for the 42,000 SF office building while Austin and Keith renewed and expanded existing tenants and secured a new tenant, UNC’s Carolina Population Center, for the entire third floor.

“We were delighted by the opportunity to work with DDR to bring this property to 100% occupancy,” said Austin, Trinity’s Director of Property Leasing. “Because Meadomont’s office building is the only non-retail property in DDR’s nearly three million square foot Triangle portfolio, our office leasing experience and expertise and deep market knowledge brought real value to the asset managers and the project as a whole.”
