Charlotte, North Carolina – October 29, 2018 – Apollon Wealth Management, a boutique wealth management firm, has leased 1,846 SF on the 18th floor of Class-A office tower, Carillon, in downtown Charlotte.

Trinity Partners’ Director of Tenant Representation, Ann-Fleming Powell, represented the tenant. Trinity’s Jennifer Kurz and Rhea Greene represented the landlord, KBS.

“In my 13 years of doing this, it may have been the quickest deal I’ve done,” Powell said. “What helped drive the deal that was Apollon’s clear vision for what they needed from day one and consistently being able to make concise decisions in order to get the job done.”

Headquartered in Charleston, South Carolina, this is Apollon’s first location in Charlotte. They chose the CBD location for its proximity to current and prospective clients, and the space was move-in ready.

Jeff Carlson, Founding Partner of Apollon said, “We are extremely excited to introduce our innovative model of wealth management to Charlotte. We believe many residents in this thriving city will benefit from having access to an independent, unbiased team of experienced financial advisers.” Mr. Carlson added, “We look forward to the many growth opportunities here, as well as ways to give back to this wonderful community.”
