Trinity Partners Announces Sale of 2905 Meridian Parkway in Durham

Trinity Partners is pleased to announce the sale of 2905 Meridian Parkway in Durham, North Carolina for $7.2 million. The 39,196 SF office building in Meridian Corporate Center near Research Triangle Park was purchased by RC Meridian, LLC, a private investment group. Michael Waldrop of Waldrop Properties represented the buyer.

“This was a rare opportunity to acquire a high quality established office property leased to one of the Research Triangle region’s leading design firms,” said Mark Alviano, Director of Investment Sales at Trinity Partners. Alviano and Sam DiFranco, Partner at Trinity Partners, represented the building owner in the sale. “The strength of the tenant and its business were key drivers of the investment value.”

The institutional-grade office building will continue to serve as the corporate headquarters for McAdams. In 2015, over $1.2 million in capital improvements provided McAdams with an efficient Class-A workspace and outstanding modern amenities and design features. The engineering and design services firm has committed to a long-term lease, and if required, the building’s nine-acre campus can accommodate tenant growth through expansion opportunities.
