Johnston Building: CT Asset Management leased 699 SF on the 10th floor. Maddy Kelly Howey represented the landlord, The Dilweg Companies. No outside broker was involved in this transaction.

13201 Reese Blvd. West Huntersville, NC: Corsan Charlotte, LLC, leased 185,570 SF. William Maxwell represented the tenant, Matthew Greer with JLL represented the landlord, STAG NC Holdings, LP.

Sunset Ridge: Hart & Hickman, PC, leased 2,978 SF of office space. Raleigh Geriatrics, PA, leased 1,168 SF of medical space. Esther Austin represented the landlord, Velocis Sunset LP. Molly Glasgow with Jones Lang LaSalle represented the tenant.

Harris Corners: Bridge Investment Group purchased Harris Corners Corporate Park from New Boston Fund. Dunn Mileham, David Morris, Mark Alviano, Jennifer Kurz, and John Ball represented the seller.

601 S Kings Drive: Healing Arts Medical leased 2,502 SF of medical space on the second floor. Ann-Fleming Powell represented the tenant.
