110,000 SF Leased at 215 International Drive in Concord
Trinity Partners is pleased to announce 215 International Drive’s first tenant, Ozburn-Hessey Logistics (OHL), a full-service third-party logistics firm. The firm signed a lease for 110,000 SF of space in the industrial building, located in Concord, North Carolina.
Trinity Partners’ Terry Brennan represented the landlord, a joint venture between Trinity Capital Advisors and Crow Holdings Capital Real Estate. Jess Andrews with Proventure Commercial Real Estate represented the tenant.
“It’s an honor to have a high-caliber company like OHL choose 215 International,” noted Brennan. “We’re pleased that they recognized the corporate quality of 215 International as they expand their presence in the Carolinas.”
The 277,253-SF Class-A industrial building is located at the corner of Poplar Tent Road and International Drive, at the entrance to the International Business Park and minutes from I-85 exits 54 and 55, and Highway 73. The rear-load, modern tilt-wall building will serve as a product distribution center for OHL, who will occupy the building this fall.
